What kinds of changes can I expect from The Reset?

Change happens differently for each of us. Depending on how much time and energy you devote to this course will determine how much change you will see. Students of The Reset have reported significant mental health benefits, reduction in stress, less pain and inflammation in their bodies, better digestion, clearing up of acne and eczema, and more.

How long does it typically take to see results?

While individual results vary, many students notice positive changes within a few days as they implement the new health and lifestyle strategies. What gets me the most excited however, is hearing about the changes that are sometimes a little slower growing but then they end up lasting a lifetime.

Do you offer virtual coaching sessions along with The Reset?

Is The Reset right for me?

If you're looking to improve your health, manage stress, and live a more balanced life, The Reset can be life changing. If you are suspicious of food sensitivities, nervous system imbalances, methylation issues, or have a history of unusual or complex medical concerns, The Reset is a perfect place to start to unpack these challenges. You will learn so much about yourself all the while being introduced to science-backed nutritional approaches to finding balance in our modern world. You simply need to decide on your own ideal timing and then dive on in (knowing that it will never be the perfect time!).

How strict is your program?

We understand that there are a lot of aspects of ourselves wrapped up in our relationship to food - and nourishment in general. That is why our program is 100% customizable. Some of our students do our Reset program over the course of 5 weeks (recommended) while others want (or need) a more concentrated approach completing it in 7 days. How you approach it will be completely unique to you and I will walk you through the same steps regardless.
